Cancellation Policy
Live Fish:
Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of the original order to receive a refund. Funds may take 5-7 business days to become available.
Fish will be automatically removed from website’s inventory once your order is submitted and payment is received. After the 12 hour period has passed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any refunds may be charged a 30% restocking fee to offset non-refundable service charges and holding a fish that might otherwise have been sold to someone else. Store credit will be given towards future purchases on orders cancelled after 12 hours.
In the rare occasion that a fish from your order will not be able to shipped due to health concerns we will reach out in order to rectify the situation right away. If customer can’t be reached and to ensure the on-time delivery of your order, we will not hold orders due to a fish that cannot be shipped. The full purchase price will be refunded for any fish that cannot be shipped.
Once live aquatics are added to your aquarium, we are not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. We will only ship healthy live aquatics, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility.
Dry Goods and Accessories:
All orders on dry goods and accessories may be canceled at anytime prior to shipping free of cost for full refund. Once orders are shipped customer must return unopened and unused product for refund, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
